What is Halo Halo?
Halo Halo, which translates to "mix-mix" in Tagalog, is a beloved Filipino dessert that's as delightful to eat as it is to look at. It's a symphony of flavours and textures, a true reflection of Filipino culture.
This icy treat is a melange of crushed ice, sweetened fruits, jellies, beans, and other delightful surprises, all topped with a scoop of creamy leche flan and a scoop of ube (purple yam) icecream. Every spoonful is an adventure, as you never know what delightful combination you'll encounter next.
